1] The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 13.10.2016. The record discloses that subsequently the interim relief was not continued by an Order dated 15.2.2017. The learned APP submitted that the applicant was thereafter arrested on 4.3.2017 and has been released on regular bail and the police have also filed chargesheet.

2] In view thereof, nothing survives in the present application and the same is accordingly disposed off.
