The contention of the Petitioner is that his daughter's application for grant of caste validity certificate is pending before the Respondent No.2 Committee since 2014. The only prayer made in this Petition is to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the Petitioner's daughter's caste validation claim as expeditiously

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer we direct the Respondent No.2 Committee to consider and take appropriate decision on the application of the Petitioner's daughter's caste validation claim as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months after receipt of the copy of this order.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
