None appears for the petitioner. We have perused the prayers. Apart form the fact that it is very difficult to understand the purport and meaning of some of the prayers, from the averments made in the petition, we find that an Election Petition was filed by the petitioner before the Civil Court. Perhaps the grievance in this petition appears to be as regards the order dated 2nd May, 2014, passed below application at Exhibit-39 by the Civil Court in the said petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, his remedy is to challenge the said order in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, petition is rejected. (A.P. BHANGALE, J.) ( A.S.
