The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Petitioner No. 4 - Institute has sent a proposal dated 30th October, 2015 to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Satara in respect of the Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 for their transfer from unaided posts in the Secondary School to the aided posts in the school run by the Petitioner No. 4, but till date the said proposal has not been considered and decided.

The prayer has been made through this Petition that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 - The Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-24-wp-11947-2016.doc Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Satara to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposal dated 30th October, 2015 and till then the status quo as it exists today be maintained by treating the said posts as vacant posts. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposal dated 30th October, 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the said proposal is decided, no surplus teacher be sent in the Petitioner's Institute in place of the Petitioners.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 2 on 24th October, 2016 at 3.00 p.m.
