Mr. Vikram Sutaria learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Applicant in above matters, having taken instructions from his client, make statement that the dispute between the parties is settled. In support of his statement, he placed on record the order made by the Apex Court on 27th July 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.1166 of 2015. He drew our attention to paragraph 44 of the said order. Mr. Sutaria accordingly seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions and Applications. Leave granted. Above mentioned Writ Petitions as well as Applications are allowed to be withdrawn and are dismissed as such. 2 / 3
