Mr.Kadam, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 at the outset submitted that, in the present case after completion of investigation police have submitted chargesheet. That the Trial Court has now scheduled the said case i.e. Sessions Case No. 735 of 2019 for framing of charge. 2.

In view thereof, Mr.Tiwari, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings including an application for discharge before the Trial Court, as may be permissible under the law. Leave and liberty granted.
