The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 110 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph-2(f) of the Civil Application. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-wife Shri Railkar opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to the Court. Hence, accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 110 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal stands condoned.
