The learned AGP on instructions of Shri Manoj Purkar, In-charge NayabTahsildar and Ms Savita U. Ronaj, Law Officer states that the office of the District Magistrate is accepting all the applications under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and there is no substance in the allegation that the application sought to be tendered by the petitioner was not accepted.

The petitioner has made a specific

wp10980 grievance to that effect. Nevertheless, in view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP on instructions, by accepting the said statement, we dispose of the petition.
