The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at the time of drafting of the writ petition, the relevant documents were not before him. So also, there are errors in the memo of the writ petition. The learned advocate requests for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner is rejected on technical grounds. 2.

In view of that, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. No costs.
