By the order dated 9th September, 2014, the learned Judge of the City Civil Court has dismissed Notice of Motion No. 2149 of 2014 in S.C. Suit No. 1300 of 2014 mainly on the ground that the subject matter of the suit is more than 10 crores and the plaintiff has valued the suit as per the market value of the suit property (Exhibit E) and defendant nos. 1 and 2 have purchased the property for Rs.6 lakhs. No order of either status quo or interim relief was granted by this Court during the pendency of this Appeal from Order. Appeal from Order is pending before this Court since 2015. 2.

None present for the appellant when the matter was called out, hence, Appeal from Order is dismissed for default. Civil Application is also accordingly disposed of.
