The matter was heard on the earlier occasion and the Court was not inclined to grant relief. The application was adjourned with a view to take instructions whether the applicants intend to withdraw this application. Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants would like to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant no.1 is ailing and both applicants requested for three weeks time to surrender before the Investigating Officer. In view of the submission advanced by the advocate for the applicants, application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
