Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The petitioner applied for grant of permission for sale under section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The communication at Exhibit-C shows that the said application has been rejected. Alternate efficacious remedy is available against the said order. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy. If appropriate remedy is adopted within a reasonable time, the concerned authority is bound to note that the present petition was lodged filed in this Court on 10th October 2016 and the same remained pending till today. All contentions are kept open.
