After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief as prayed for, learned Advocate on instructions seeks leave to withdraw petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court after the investigating agency submits report under section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. Leave and liberty granted.
