This criminal application is filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code against the order dated 22.8.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1833 of 2015 where the Police Inspector of the Marine Drive Police Station is directed to serve a 48 hours notice to the applicant in case offence is registered on the basis of the complaint of one Madhu Jain.

On instructions, the learned Prosecutor makes a statement that till today, no offence is registered against the respondent No.2 3.

The impugned order is of 2015 passed in an Anticipatory Bail Application. As no offence is registered till today, nothing remains in this application and it is disposed of accordingly. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
