By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of D.V. proceedings filed by the Respondent-Wife, which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Baramati to Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant stays with her old age mother at Satara, the Applicant has filed Divorce Petition against the Respondent-Wife, which is pending before the CJSD, Satara. The Applicant is finding difficult to attend Court date's in D.V. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

28-MCA-281-2023.doc Proceedings filed by the Respondent at Baramati. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that, the Applicant has mentioned a ground for divorce that the Respondent is mentally ill. The Respondent stays with her parents. It would be inconvenient for her to attend Court date's at Satara. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel's.

The Applicant appears in Court date's in D.V. proceedings filed by the Respondent at Baramati. The Applicant stays with her old age mother and it would be inconvenient to her to attend Court date's at Baramati. No sufficient ground is given to transfer the Application. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is rejected.
