DATED : 13th August 2019 P.C:- The Public Interest Litigation questions the appointment of respondent no.2 as the Regional Director of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. It is pleaded that the second respondent was not eligible to be recruited as a Chief Engineer, Executive Director or Regional Director of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. Now, respondent no.2 has neither been recruited as a Chief Engineer Tilak

We do not find any actionable averment made in the Petition to question the appointment of respondent no.2 as the Regional Director and thus we dismiss the Public Interest Litigation.
