By this First Appeal, appellant original plaintiff is ichallenging the order dated 08.07.2019 passed by 3rd Joint, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune allowing Respondents original defendants Appliication under Order VII Rule 11(a) of the Code of Civil Proicedure, 1908.

Considering the impugned order dated 08.07.2019 and the grounds raised in the First Appeal, following order is passed:
