By this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 27 September 2021 refusing to release the brother of the Petitioner on parole (Covid-19 Emergency).

The learned APP informs that the policy/decision of releasing the inmates on parole (Covid-19 Emergency) has been discontinued since May 2022. No relief therefore can be granted in this Petition.
