Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent. Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Time to file affidavit of service is extended till 20th November, 2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent on instructions states that on 10th September, 2015 work order was already issued to the third Respondent vide Outward No.DM6(S)336. We accept the said statement. In view of the said statement, ad-interim relief will not be operative.
