By an order dated 13th October, 2016, the applicants were granted interim relief. By an order dated 6th April, 2017 the present matter was referred for mediation through the Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Mumbai and Dr. Jayashree B. Kurup was appointed as a mediator.

By a report dated 29th June, 2017, the learned Mediator informed this Court that the process of mediation has failed. 3.
By an order dated 21st December, 2017, the applicants were directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. Learned APP on instructions from Shridhar Sutar
5-aba-1773.16.doc the Investigating Officer who is personally present in this Court submitted that by way of Panchanama dated 27th December, 2017 the recovery of Stridhan of the first informant has been effected at the instance of Applicant No.1 and further submitted that nothing further is to be recovered from the applicants. 4.
In view thereof, the interim relief granted by order dated 13th October, 2016 is hereby confirmed.

The applicant No.1 is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for, on a notice issued by the Investigating Officer under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to attend the process of investigation till submission of final report.

The attendance of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 with the Investigating Officer and/or to the concerned Police Station is waived.
