Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is filed by the plaintiff for condonation of 35 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the the Judgment and Decree dated 07.05.2013 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in L.C. Suit No. 2958 of 2011.

The learned Counsel for the corporation vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. She submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of inordinate delay of 35 days.

Hence, the following order.

a) Delay of 35 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
