The Petitioner has impugned the order dated 12 July 2019 of the District Magistrate passed under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioner has a remedy before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the DRT.
