Evidently, the order was passed in First Appeal No.134 of 2013, as the title indicates. Hence, the year of appeal is required to be corrected to "F. A. No.134 of 2013". 3.

In Clause (b) of the order, in the first line, "F. A. No.134 of 2012" be substituted with "F. A. No.134 of 2013". 4.

Order dated 7th April, 2015 be corrected and read accordingly.
