The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent filed Affidavit-in-Reply dated 11.4.2018. Same is taken on record.
By this petition, petitioner allege that the Respondent failed and neglected to comply the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.4674 of 2012 i.e. to decide the Petitioner's Mohite 1/2
36 cp116-18.doc representation dated 11.4.2012 within four months from the date of order.
The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent submits that they already decided the Petitioner's representation by order dated 8.4.2018. She submits that there was delay on their part to decide the same. For that purpose, the learned A.G.P. relying on paragraph 2 of Affidavit-in-Reply which disclosed the reason for delay.
Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the Respondent and as representation is already decided by them on 9.4.2018, we are satisfied that Respondent has made out a case that they have already complied the order.
Same is accepted.
In view of compliance, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition. Same stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
