P.C.:- The Applicant has sought to stay the execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 22nd April, 2016 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Kalyan.

By the impugned judgment and award, M.A.C.T., Kalyan has awarded compensation of Rs.8,60,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of the application till realization of the entire amount. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Megha 1/2

Megha 34_cafst_28461_2016.doc Applicant has deposited compensation of Rs.15,24,129/- before the Tribunal, which is inclusive of interest. Said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondent-claimant. 4.

In the light of above, the execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 5.

The civil application stands disposed of.
