The grievance of the Petitioner is that she has submitted a representation against the order dated 30th July, 2016 by which the Respondent No. 1 has declared the Petitioner as surplus. The Petitioner has submitted a representation to Respondent No. 4 - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Raigad (Alibag). It is her case that thereafter no opportunity of hearing has been given to the Petitioner and on 13th September, 2016 without passing any speaking order a list Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-33-wp-12096-2016 has been notified declaring the Petitioner as surplus. Feeling aggrieved, the Petitioner has filed this Petition. 4.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 4 - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Raigad (Alibag) to consider the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in the representation dated 3rd October, 2016 (Exhibit D) and pass a speaking order on it after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

The Petitioner to appear before the said authority on 3rd November, 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Till the Petitioner's representation as aforesaid is decided, the Petitioner shall not be relieved from her present place of posting. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
