Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case the appellate authority is directed to decide the Appeal filed by them i.e., Appeal No.VPM-2021/P.K-51/PR-6 (Himmat Bajiravo Jadhav & others vs. Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Aalsand Sou.Indumati Shahajirav Jadhav & others) by the end of February, 2022.

In the light of submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the appellate authority i.e., State of

6_wp.9103.2021..doc Maharashtra (Rural Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai) is directed to decide the pending Appeal bearing No. VPM-2021/P.K-51/PR-6 (Himmat Bajiravo Jadhav & others vs. Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Aalsand Sou.Indumati Shahajirav Jadhav & others) as expeditiously as possible, however, by the end of February, 2022, on its own merits and after adhering the principles of natural justice.
