"The matter was kept today at the joint request of the parties and the learned counsel for the parties had stated that they will keep their respective clients present in the court. Since none appeared for the Applicant in the morning session, the matter was kept back in the afternoon. The learned Advocate for the Respondent is present. The Respondent is also present in the court today and has waited for the whole day. Such behaviour of the Applicant cannot be countenanced. Stand over to next C.M.I.S. date i.e. 8 June, 2017. The Applicant to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Respondent before the next date. "
