This is an application for condonation of delay of 108 days in preferring the Criminal Application for leave to Appeal against the judgment and order dated 22/02/2016 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No.315 of 2010. Perused the Criminal Application for condonation of delay. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the Criminal Application for leave to Appeal.
