Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant, states that subsequent to the filing of the aforesaid revision application, the respondents/plaintiffs' suit was dismissed for default. He submits that in view of the dismissal of the suit, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application and accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the revision application, with liberty to file a fresh application, if the occasion so arises.

Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that this application has not been heard on merits.
