1] By an Order dated 18th September 2018 the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that, in addition to 36 gms of gold, his client has further deposited 30 gms of gold with the Investigating Officer yesterday i.e. 24.3.2019 and a panchanama to that effect is effected by the Investigating Officer. He submitted that, he has not received copy of the said panachanama.

3] In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the application for further investigation in the present crime is not necessary. 4] Interim relief granted by Order dated 18th September 2018 is hereby confirmed.
