On 28 th March, 2018 this Court directed to conclude Special Case (POCSO) No. 42/2016 within six months, however since charge was not framed, explanation was called for from the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. Explanation is taken on record and marked X-1.

It is submitted that the charge was taken

by the learned Judge on 4 th June, 2019 and the order dated 28 th March, 2018 was not brought to his notice by the Bench Clerk. Besides, it is reported, NonBailable Warrants are issued against accused nos.2 and 3 to secure their presence.

In view of the report, the learned trial Judge shall frame the charge on/or before 5th February, 2020 and conclude the trial within six months therefrom.

If the trial is not concluded on/or before th August, 2020, the applicant may renew his request for enlargement of bail.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed off.
