Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 100 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 11.5.2010 passed by MACT, Baramati in MACP No.54 of 2008.

Office note shows that Civil Application stands rejected against respondent nos.1 to 5 original claimants as per Registrar Court's order dated 25.11.2014. As Civil Application stands Mohite 1/2

In view thereof, nothing survives in the First Appeal. Registration of First Appeal stands rejected. Civil Application No.4597 of 2010 for stay also does not survive. The same is also dismissed as infructuous.

The statutory deposit, if any, made by the Applicant at the time of filing the First Appeal be transferred to the Tribunal.
