Heard. The learned counsel for the Appellant, after taking instructions from his client, makes a statement that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw all these appeals as well as the suits filed by them in the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai for various reliefs. He made an endorsement to that effect on farad.

The learned senior counsel for the Respondent Corporation makes a statement that if the Appellant approaches the Municipal Corporation within a week, they would consider their Applications, if any, as per law.

Hence, the Appeals from Order as well as the Civil Applications stand dismissed a withdrawn. 4.

Liberty granted to the Appellant to make appropriate Applications to the Respondent Corporation within a week from today for the same cause of action.

If Applications are made within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Corporation to decide the same as early as possible.

6.

The Appellant to make appropriate Application for withdrawal of the suits before the Trial Court.

7.

Appeals from Order stand dismissed as infructuous.

8.

Consequently, the Civil Applications stand dismissed as infructuous.
