Petition No.234 of 2019 initiated under the provisions of Section 27(1)(d) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Transfer is sought on the ground that both the parties are residing within the jurisdiction of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Palghar, District Thane.

4] In that view of the matter, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
