The Application is filed for permitting the applicant to enter the Sangli District for a limited period of two months. 3.

The applicant is a life convict. He was granted bail in Criminal Application No.302 of 2007 pending the Criminal Appeal No.60 of 2007 on a condition that in the event, he wants to enter the area of Sangli, he 1/2

APPA1293_15.doc should make an application in advance. The present application is filed for reliefs stated hereinabove on the ground that applicant's mother, who is 88 years old, is on death bed.

On the last date of hearing, we directed the learned APP to take instructions. Mr. Yagnik has accordingly filed a report dated 14.10.2015 submitted by Sangli Gramin Police Station. Report shows that the applicant's mother is 88 years old and she is taking treatment from Dr. Kumbhar. The report further reveals that she is bedridden since last 12 days and on liquid diet. In the above circumstances, we permit the applicant to enter Sangli Distict including Kaulapur for a period of 15 days from today on conditions thata.

applicant will report Sangli Rural Police Station, every day between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

applicant will not threaten and disturb the complainant's family.

Application is disposed of accordingly. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
