The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that applicant is ready to submit paper book, if opportunity is given to applicant and requested to allow the application. 2.

Considering the submission of both counsel as well as grounds mentioned in application, the application is allowed. The appeal is restored. Applicants shall file paper book within four weeks from today.
