By an order dated 16.10.2015 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on his depositing Rs.1.00 lac before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 50th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai. The Ad interim relief granted by an order dated 16.10.2015 is hereby confirmed as interim relief subject to condition that applicant shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.1.50 lacs before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 50th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai within a period of six weeks from today.
