The applicant had preferred Anticipatory Bail Application No.1032 of 2016. The said application was allowed by order dated 12th June 2018 by confirming interim order dated 22nd June 2016. The applicant was directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.I-255 of 2016 registered with Tulinj Police Station on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

It is submitted that the said order be modified by directing that the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the applicant is unable to arrange single surety in the like amount of Rs.25,000/- after due search. In the circumstances, the relief as prayed is granted. The order dated 22nd June 2016 is modified by directing that the applicant be released on bail on his executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
