The learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of subsequent development, he received instructions to withdraw the First Appeal. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the First Appeal. Same is allowed.

First Appeal as well as Civil Application stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Appellant is entitled to withdraw the amount if any deposited by them in the Tribunal with accrued interest, if any.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited by the Appellant with accrued interest to the Tribunal immediately.
