By this application the Applicant has sought to withdraw the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and having perused the impugned judgment and grounds stated in the appeal memo, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation. Out of which 25% of compensation payable to Applicant No.2 is ordered to be invested in any nationalised bank for a period of 6 years with further renewal till he attains the age of majority. The Applicant No.1 is at liberty to withdraw the interest on the said amount in order to meet education 1/2
