This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 25th July, 2017 passed by this Court. The Applicant also prays for condonation of delay of 11 days in moving this application for restoration.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that since final number was given to the Writ Petition, the learned Counsel was under the impression that all office objections had been removed. It is further submitted that upon receiving message about Yadav VG 1/2
916.CAW.2710.17 dismissal of this Writ Petition, he had verified from the record and it was found that most of the office objections were removed barring pagination in the Index.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed, the delay of 11 days in moving this application is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored to file. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
