By this petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the orders made by the Respondents refusing grant of arm's licence to him. We have gone through the impugned orders. The Petitioner's application for arm's licence is rejected by both the authorities on the basis of report of the concerned Police Station which states that there is no threat perception to the Petitioner. We are not sitting in an appeal over the said orders. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and exercise our jurisdiction. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
