The Petitioner is a Private Limited Company and had engaged an Advocate earlier. The Advocates for Petitioner state that on failure to obtain instructions, an intimation was given to the Petitioner and the Petitioner was to collect the papers so as to engage another Advocate.

The Writ Petition is filed in this Court on 27th August 2014. Since then, no attempt has been made to argue it save and VRD

WP11165.14.sxw except on one date viz. 15th January 2015. On that date as well, the matter was adjourned. ON 7th April 2015 when it appeared again, the matter came to be adjourned to 21st April 2015. Thereafter, it has appeared today for admission. The Petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the Petition or claiming any reliefs in terms of prayer clauses. In such circumstances, Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
