2] This is an application for bringing legal heirs on record of petitioner No.2. The petitioner No.2 died on 16th June 2016. The applicants 2(a) to 2(c) are the only heirs and legal representatives according to the petitioners. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
