This application is taken out for recalling the order dated 28.7.2016 passed by this Court in above Writ Petition. By that order, the Petition was dismissed in default as none appeared for the petitioner. Mr. Desai states that notices are not issued in the main Petition.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A with no order as to costs. Writ Petition No.3901/2014 is restored to the file of this Court. Order accordingly.
