The only prayer made in this Petition is to direct the learned Judge of the Family Court to decide the interim maintenance application dated 30.09.2013 filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has filed application for interim maintenance on 30.09.2013, the learned trial Judge is requested to decide the said application expeditiously. All contentions on merits of that application are expressly kept open. 4.
