The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 19th July, 2016 by which Writ Petition No. 6916 of 2016 filed by him to challenge his disqualification under Section 16 read with Section 14(1)(j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, was dismissed. Perusal of the Review Petition shows that, none of the

Rane * 2/2 * RP-153-2016 Monday, 24.10.2016 sr.no.26 grounds taken therein fall within the purview of Section 114 and Order 47 Rule 1 Civil Procedure Code. Therefore, the Review Petition is dismissed. At the request of Mr. Ganbavale, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, it is clarified that the dismissal of the Review Petition will not affect the order dated 8th September, 2016 by which the ad-interim order in Writ Petition No. 6916 of 2016 was continued for a period of 8 weeks from the date of the order.
