In view of the order dated 30th March, 2017 in Application No. 1115 of 2015 it is not possible to accede to the request of the applicant for quashing of the FIR on the basis of consent. Such a relief has been specifically turned down by the earlier Bench comprising of

Rane * 2/2 * APL-1032-2017 (SR. 18) Friday, 19.1.2018 Dharmadhikari and P.D. Naik, JJ. As observed in the said order dated 30th March, 2017, the applicant would be entitled to raise all contentions at the appropriate stage. The application is accordingly rejected.
