Heard. The learned counsel for the respondent filed Affidavit-in-Reply dated 10.02.2017. Same is taken on record.

By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking directions against the respondent to pay wages not less than minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages Act.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that earlier the applicant had made Civil Application No.1833/2014 for the same relief, which was dismissed by order dated 30.01.2015. Thereafter the petitioner again made one more Basavraj G Patil 1/2

28.2711.16-caw Civil Application No.2120/2015 for the same relief which was also dismissed by this court by order dated 08.07.2016. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that this is a third application made by the applicant for the same relief.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and the orders in Civil Application No.1833/2014 and 2120/2015, I do not find any reason to entertain the Civil Application for the same cause. Hence, same stands rejected.

Liberty granted to the applicant, if they so desire, to make an appropriate application for withdrawal of the amount which will be decided on its own merits.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
